Holistic Management Educator Program

Developing a new generation of Holistic Management educators to support others in their communities to move towards a regenerative future.

Are you passionate about a regenerative future?

Become a Holistic Management Educator and change your part of the world.

The Holistic Management Educator Program will develop a new generation of Change Agents to support others in their communities to move towards a regenerative future.

We encourage applications from all industries and locations. If you are interested in supporting others to minimise their environmental impact using Holistic Management practices, you should apply! We welcome participants who are non-rural business managers or project officers, aspiring coaches, urban/small farmers, and farm or other resource managers and landholders.

This 18-month Program will offer you 12 months of training in Holistic Management from Australia’s leading accredited educators, including modules to help you to gain skills in the social dynamics of change. Guided by the principles of Holistic Management, we will support you to develop your own change plan or business plan to create lasting and positive change within your own context. In the final 6 months, you will apply your change plan or business plan with assistance from a supportive group of mentors and peers.

By the end of this Program you will:

  • be accredited as a Savory Institute Associate Educator in Holistic Management
  • apply your change plan and/or start a new income-generating business
  • be exposed to further specialist training and certification opportunities in areas such as Ecological Outcomes Verification, carbon foot printing, grazing management and coaching.

To be eligible for this program, you will need to have previously completed a Holistic Management course and show an aptitude to teach this knowledge to others.

To apply, please complete this application form by 5pm (AEST) Monday 16th May 2022. Selected applicants will be invited to meet virtually with the project facilitators to speak further about their interests and goals.
