Vanguard works with farm family businesses. We use a coaching framework, to help families identify, focus on and achieve their family, farm  (land) and business goals. We aim  to make a positive difference for our clients. We are agents of change.

Since 1998 we have been agents of positive change in our clients businesses, their families and on their farm (land). Our farm family clients  use our On Track Business Coaching approach, which is non confronting and creates lasting change.

Our real passion is to make a difference. We believe that the work we do is important, and we get great satisfaction from seeing our clients do well. We have been fortunate to be able to work with many innovative farm families that have gone on to be recognized in major industry awards.

Vanguard Business Services was named as a finalist in the 2002 “Champion of Champions” NSW Small Business Awards (Westpac).

In 2006 and 2007 Vanguard Business Services won the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce Green Rhino award for contribution to Environmental Sustainability.

Individuals and Groups:

While we work with over 320 farm family businesses, we also facilitate 10 groups across NSW who meet regularly to learn from each other and guest speakers, encourage each other and network.
